	Cameron MacDonald - President & CEO Cameron founded Macam in 2001 using his understanding of communication, marketing and finance. As founder of the Macam Group of Companies, Cameron oversees all elements of Macam’s services and provides high level advisory and strategic communication advice to Macam’s clients. Cameron has led the development of Macam’s business operating model and designed and implemented numerous Capital Market Investor Relations & Corporate Finance initiatives. Cameron brings extensive experience in the capital markets relationship sector. His core strengths have been building long-term relationships with past and current clients throughout the growth and maturity stage of our clients business. Primarily, Cameron contributes to the capital raising activities and corporate communications. Cameron currently consults a great number of companies in capital raising activities, management, and navigating the complex capital markets.
	Justin Cubberley – VP Trading & Research Justin brings extensive energy-based experience focused on trading, analyst and risk management positions with Trafigura, Plains Midstream Canada and Scotia Capital. Justin is responsible for all trading activity and market research along with building relationships with the overall investment community to create shareholder value and market liquidity for clients. This includes raising capital, exchange listings, and M&A activities. Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.) in finance from the University of Alberta, School of Business.
	Kyle J. Stewart - Financial Associate Since 1998 Kyle has worked in a variety of roles for many banks and brokerage firms, these include Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., National Bank Financial and Dundee Wealth Management Securities Inc. In 2003 Kyle joined the TSX Venture listed Carmanah Technologies Corp. working as the company’s Investor Relations Officer. Since 2005, Kyle has been an independent consultant to numerous public and private corporations with a focus on capital market fundraising and Investor Relations planning and execution. In his free time Kyle enjoys music, golf, and tennis.
	Matt Emery - Financial Associate Matthew Emery is an accomplished, result driven communicator with over 7 years of Corporate Communications/ Investor Relations experience focused on the technology, retail, and resource sectors. Matthew brings expertise in investor, broker, and analyst communication with a specialty in on one-on-one and group presentations between clients and the financial community. Matthew possesses a strong background in capital finance having raised over $5 million for a number of public companies on the US and Canadian Exchanges. A few examples of these companies are Sportsprize Entertainment Group Inc., Cloudbreak Resources Ltd., and Visiphor Corporation. Another of his specialties is traveling around North America to do presentations to Analysts, Fund Managers, Institutional Investors, Brokers and large net worth investors. Matthew brings strategy and creativity to Macam’s Client programs working directly with CEO’s and senior management, developing their corporate brand, company outlook, and overall strategic direction. Matthew possesses the right mix of experience and contacts to achieve real tangible results in a relatively short period of time. On top of his already busy schedule, Matthew is currently a CFA Level 1 candidate.
	Wayne Tinker - Legal* Mr. Tinker practiced corporate commercial and securities law from 1984 to 1990 with the law firms of Macleod Dixon LLP and Parlee McLaws LLP in Calgary, Alberta with a focus on corporate finance, securities issues and public company governance. Wayne’s practice involved clients pursuing intellectual property registrations and commercial exploitation of technologies including patents, software copyrights and trademarks. From 1990 to 1992, Wayne served as a Sessional Lecturer and the Administrator of the New Venture Business Clinic Program within the Faculties of Law and Management at the University of Calgary. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Tinker served as In-House Counsel to The Tamarack Group, Calgary, Alberta, a corporate finance advisory services firm. From 1996 to present, Mr. Tinker has provided corporate finance consulting and corporate secretary functions through Spinnaker Ventures Limited under contract basis to public and private firms in a variety of industry sectors. In 2005-2006 Wayne was an interim Director of Rent-A-Wreck Canada and engineered the reverse-merger of that company (a TSX-Venture Exchange listed entity) with U-Save Auto Rental of America, a $30.0 Million per year operation. Since 2004 Mr. Tinker has served as Vice-President & General Counsel of Investicare Seniors Housing Corp., a Calgary-based developer and operator of Assisted Living Facilities in Western Canada, with more than 800 shareholders and $35.0 Million in investment capital raised in 3 years. Mr. Tinker is a Barrister & Solicitor admitted to The Law Society of Alberta in 1985. Mr. Tinker has a Bachelor of Commerce (1980) and a Bachelor of Laws (1984) degrees from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Tinker has completed the Canadian Securities Course (1980). Mr. Tinker is a past Chairman, Calgary Winter Festival Foundation; Past-President of the China-Canada Business Assoc. – Calgary Chapter.
